We are able to complete architectural drawing review, finish selections, material, lighting, and plumbing fixture specifications, cabinetry design, as well as furniture plans for your new home.

Every project begins with a conversation. A paid, in-person initial consultation follows as we meet and explore the spaces or architectural plans together. We discuss the design process, fees, and gather information needed to establish a project scope and prepare a customized design proposal; outlining a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific design needs.
Design.
Now, we gather all the details necessary as we begin design. Incorporating our programming conversations and inspiration photos, we create preliminary design plans and initial furniture layouts. You’re part of the process. We keep communication open and decisions shared to ensure every detail works for you.
Present.
Through a series of meetings, we present various design concepts for your feedback. We stay flexible and responsive as we review material palettes, refine ideas, and finalize furnishing and product specifications.
Project Manage.
During the sourcing of products, construction and installation phases, we work to ensure that the final space adheres to the original design intent by conducting site visits with clients and contractors, addressing any issues, and providing guidance through complex design decisions.
Final Completion.
As the project concludes, we oversee the final details and style your space to perfection. This phase ensures that every detail is in place, leaving you with a beautifully made new, fully realized space. When we deliver, it’s not just a finished space—it’s a solution you can trust, backed by real care and effort.
